A giant question

I am looking at getting a female and there is a 50% chance she is giant but she isnt big enough to tell yet but if she isnt does she still carry the genetics to produce giant babies?

No. Giant isn't a recessive trait, so if the gecko you get doesn't end up being a giant, then that gecko will not pass on that trait even though other siblings/parents may be giants. If it doesn't show the trait, then it won't pass on the trait(in dominant/codom morphs) unless you breed it to another giant...I hope I made some sense lol
