A little worried

So I took on a 7yr old leopard gecko a few months back and have had lot of issues. His second shed since living with me he ended up impacted. With diligence, soaks and vegetable oil we got him thru. Then a week later poor guy ended up with prolapse. Finally got him pretty well through that as well. Again with soaks and prep h. We got everything back but now he just hangs out in his bowl (only when its really low). He isn't any more or less active. He didn't eat for. But but we're eating daily and back to not popping. Help!
