I like, most people, was quite skeptical about bringing roaches into my house, and after seeing my deli container filled with 200 Dubia juvies, I was even less amused... once I got home, I dumped these hideous things in their new home... and fell in love with them!
They are actually rather cute, lol, they really don't smell (seriously), they are far slower than crickets, and pathetic (at best) when it comes to climbing. And the herps LOVE them! I have never seen such an aggressive feeding response!!
Anyone who has insectivorous herps, should definitely jump on the roach band wagon... I have had mine for just under 24 hours, and I am already swearing by them...
