A new member to the family as of this afternoon!

Meet my new kitten. I'm paying for the shots and everything else so I'm claiming her as mine.

My little sister found her earlier today in the flowerbed by the bike path. She was terrified when she first got into the porch and was trying to break through the windows. Scared my sister half to death and did it again when I got here.

She's fine now and in my room. LOVES the subwoofer for my speakers. She's calmed down a lot now and is VERY affectionate and loves the attention. Working on a name now.

It looks a lot like our younger cat Lilly. The patterns on the face are similar but different in color.

She is very affectionate and has been following me all over my room. When I was going over to put some more slurry on my sick gecko she would follow me and sit by my foot. She's so calm and relaxed.

She is such a big baby too. It's actually really funny watching her follow me around. VERY affectionate and loves attention and is purring nonstop it seems.

The name Persia keeps standing out in my mind. I think it's because of how much she is purring.

That's really cute, all my cats are rescues that I found in random places lol. I like that name too very sweet!

:no: My mom is trying to get me to let her find a home for her at the hospital where she works because we already have three cats and they tolerate each other but aren't best friends. They haven't warmed up to her yet but she has also only been in my room and nowhere else. I think that with time they will adjust just like they have when each of them came to us.

The other reason is that my little sister wants one of those small dogs. Who is going to pay it's vet bills? Buy the food? Things it needs? My mom can't and my little sister would spend all her money the minute she gets it if she had a job. I say no to the dog because our dog now doesn't like other dogs.
