A partially fired gecko....

I got a couple great shots of my lazy gecko, Tecate. He decided to only fire up where he wasn't covered by leaves. Hes a goofy guy.

Wow, I love the colors on Tecate. What does it mean for a Crestie to fire up? Do they lighten up or begin to turn reddish?

I'm sure it's the same for all of them, their colors turn more vibrant, and will lighten up from a dull color.
