A question about eyes....

I have a nice new little juvie that hatched.(Tangerine bell het jungle and a high yellow female) My question is when I try to look at her with any kind of light on she really closes down her eyes. I know Albinos and raptors are light sensitive is this usual with the combo I have?

Well the bell is albino, so I would imagine that it would be light sensitive, but I think all leos are light sensitive to a certain extent because they are nocturnal. Are you talking about shining a light source at them, or just having the lights on in the room?

Just turning a light one and they are maybe 3-4 feet away from it and she still closes them down. I want jus enough light to see her eyes and maybe a pic. Her clutch mate hatched out today and shes a jungle from the looks of it. dark eyes and marbled pattern. I bred dad back to his daughter from last yr. and shes a high yellow so I was hoping to get some jungles....
