A question about Misting

Hello, I have just recently acquired one of these wonderful leo's. I was wondering if its okay to occasionally mist the whole aquarium for a slight boost in humidity if it is overly dry. I usually mist beneath his cool side hide, but I noticed that my humidity reader was almost all the way on dry. He has been moving a bit more constantly from the cool side to the warm side, vice verse, lately.

I know its natural for them to go from hot to cold but I don't know how often is too often, signs of discomfort or the like. Thank you and I appreciate all and every opinion.

how big is the tank and what kinda substrate is he on?

The tank is a 10-gal, with repti-grass substrate. It is made by Zilla, lots of care charts I looked at recommended it for use.

I wouldn't mist the whole tank, it is not necessary if you provide a proper humid hide.

Alright thank you. Ah one more question that's kind of off topic. I got a Heat Glo bulb for him and I was wondering if the bulb would have any negative effects on his sleep cycle.

No, it is fine to leave it on 24/7.
