a rack for the kids

after much thought and researching, i have decided to get a rack. my female leos were starting to seem crowded in their enclosures (2 in a 20, 2 in a 20, 4 in a 40) so i am purchasing a rack tomorrow. they will each get their own tubs (which im sure charmin will love, shes my drama queen of the bunch). the tubs will be 15qt. my question is, along with a water and food dish, should i do both a humid hide and a hot hide or just one or the other?
