I am korea herper and I live in south korea.
today i have question that I have wanted to know.
that is about snow morph.

I know snow have two type. (line bred snow , mack snow)
and I heard that mack snow was created by John and Amy Mack.
but
why do super snow apear after mack snow creating ?

mack snow was created more fast than super snow but, SS also have
snow gene. and super snow is more dominant than MS.

Does mack snow creator expected that super snow will make by snow ?
Why super snow is more dominat than mack snow ?

Super Snows are what are called an "incomplete dominant" trait. Since they do not pass the dominant trait on completely, we get a mix between the Super Snow and a normal, when breeding them to non-Snows. Those are the Mack Snows themselves, which are the "visible het" for Super Snow.

Super Snow is "homozygous", so they pass the Mack Snow apperance on to all of their babies. Mack Snow is "heterozygous", so they pass the Mack Snow appearance on to only half of their babies.
