Abrasion on geckos nose

About a week ago my leopard gecko was going into shed. Obviously he shed at night, and the next morning he looked fine but he had a small abrasion on the tip of his nose. I'm assuming he just rubbed it too much. I left it alone hoping it would heal on its own, and it looked like it was starting to scab over, but he just shed again last night and now the wound is opened again. I'm worried that every time he sheds it's going to rip the scab off.

Is there anything I can do to help it heal?

I would just keep him and his environment extra clean and let it heal on its own. It can take a few sheds for it to heal properly, but leos mostly heal really well.

New skin will form under the scab and it will heal a bit more each time he sheds. If you can figure out what he'd cutting his nose on I would get it out of his cage. Other than that keeping him clean sounds like a plan!
