What are your temps? Does she have a cool side to go to?

80 on the warm side, and I only have a heat lamp and heating pad on one side.

Is your hot spot on the ground in the 90's?

Take her out and see what she does, my leo sometimes "asks" to come out, I know he probably doesn't but a lot of times he climbs the sides of his tank when I walk by, I just take him out, say hello and he usually goes back into his hide.

Well, your warm side should be more around 90-95*F IMO. This wouldn't make her climb the sides, some just do that from time to time. My males are doing it constantly now due to one of my females ovulating.

They all do it sometimes.
It could be several things:

Female ovulating
Male getting the sent of another male (or female)
your gecko is getting the sent of some other animal (dog, cat, etc.)
Reflections in the glass can sometimes scare them
your temps are off
your gecko is starving/thirsty
they see something interesting and want to go check it out :D
And sometimes they just do for no particular reason. Geckos do not
understand the concept of glass! ;)

Is she acting defensive, crouching low and wagging tail slowly?

Ha! I ended that last post too soon, not done yet!! :p

Yesterday, one of my males was acting really schizoid.
He would run back and forth, stop for a moment and wag is tail
slowly, jump up at the glass, then hide behind his fake tree.

Later I found him trying to climb the wall in the corner. I talked to
him and pet him with my finger. He got on my hand for a few seconds,
then climbed off in slow motion, wagging his tail very slow the whole
time. At this point, I knew better than to try to touch him again, and
he just flattened himself to the floor and was perfectly still (playing
"invisible'!!).
This is the exact behavior I see when they get the scent of a possible
rival animal.
I went crazy trying to figure out what was up, but I never did.
He finally calmed down and retired to his moist hide!! :main_huh:

Our big boy Eben is always tyring to "rock climb" up the back of his glass. He has done it for a year and a half now. It is part of his nightly ritual. He comes out, stretches, eats 10-15 crickets, poops then glass climbs for an hour or so.

She stopped, thanks for the answers though. I thought she was having a fit. lol.

I keep the temp around 80-85 on the warm side because I heard this was best for her, from several other leo owners, but since you guys say 90 is best, I'll try and make it a little warmer.

Yep, you want that floor temp on the warm end to be 90 to 92F.
Also, if your room temp is normal (around 70 ish, there is no need to
heat the cool end with anything. You will have a nice temp gradient.
