We adopted 2 leos back in December from a family that no longer cared for them. Now that they are both healthy, pooping normally, eating like sharks etc I have to send one of them off. Turns out they are both definitely male. I was pretty sure when we got them, but they got along so well. Yeah, I think that was called neglect & depression & nutrient deficiency.
Now that all is good, nature has kicked in & the males are doing as males do.
Luckily, my nephew (and his mom) have caught the leo-bug from us. Tomorrow the smaller of the adoptees will once again go to a new home & hopefully thrive even better as a solo leo.
Ahh yes, making the leo family just a little larger
Thank god it doesn't mean I have an empty cage!
