I bought my first Gecko a few weeks ago and was wondering how its pattern will change as it matures. I was told it’s a Mack Snow, but a lot of the photos I’ve seen of adults don’t have the patches on their backs. Will mine lose its patches as it grows up?

I also have a mack snow. I'll post his baby pic and one of him now to give you an idea of how he might change.

Eros baby pix from his breeder:

Eros last month (which he looks a bit different even now from that pic as he shed last night and seems to get more and more spots with each shed) He'll be 1 year old in march:

Just depends on the geckos genetics. Ive seen some mack snows look like high yellows they change so much then ive seen ones hold alot of black. Ive had a few of each. Below is my stripe snow. You can kinda see how white she was as a juvie. As a baby she was just black and white. Now she's a adult lots all her white, her black slit up into spots.
