Adventure Aquarium in Camden NJ

A friend and I drove from the Hamburg Show to The Adventure Aquarium in Camden NJ on saturday. Its right across the river form Phili. This aquarium is AMAZING. I encourage anyone wanting to take a day trip, to go. Go early so you can see all the feeding shows. We watched the huge sea turtles and rays get feed by a guy in scubba gear. They also have a shark tunnel. Most of the exhibits are set up so the animals come right to the calss and look at you. It was pretty amazing when the hippos stuck their faces on the glass. Ive never been that close to a hippo or shark. So so so amazing.

I've been there once along time ago... Amazing place, I had tons of fun. Deffinally a place where I would love to bring my niece and nephew when they get a little older.

i love aquariums, i went to sea world in orlando the first time just last year.....i felt like i was five years old again i was just as excited as the kids around me were

Sounds really cool! I used to be totally into fish and would visit the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago a lot. There's an exhibit called Amazon Rising that shows the various stages of a flooded forest. That is worth the trip alone IMO!

I also love fish and aquariums and I haven't been to The Shed in quite a while
it's a great place to go and spend the day

I hear Shed is one of the BEST in the country. I always thought Baltimore was frantastic but Camden blew it away. The amount of very exotic and very hard to keep in captivity fish thay had was amazing. Everything was pristine. I will have to maek it to Shed and Atlanta eventually.

Hmmm... Better the the National Aquarium?! I'll have to go to the Adventure Aquarium someday!

Haven't been to the aquarium in Camden yet.

Just a piece of advice for anyone travelling there - make sure you know where you are going. The City of Camden is an extremely unhospitable place.
