Advice for what I should put in this tank? (Pics)

Ok, recently I got a nice sized tank from a friend who didn't want it. I originally wanted to get a bearded dragon but after seeing the tank, I don't think that would work out well. I'd like to get something other than a leopard gecko (I have two and love them but I want to try my hand at keeping something else) but am not sure what would do well in a tank this size. If nothing else I'll just get some more leos but I'm just curious to see what else would work with what I have here. Below I've posted pictures and the dimensions of the tank.

NOTE: Please don't suggest any type of snake, as much as I'd love to own one I can't while living in my mother's house (she's TERRIFIED of them and that's one of the very few rules I have here) or spiders or scorpions (I'm scared of spiders, and don't really like scorpions either). Any kind of lizard, turtle, or amphibian is fine though.

Tank dimensions:

36 inches Long x 18 inches Wide x 13 inches High

Anything that is terrestrial. With proper hides it could work for many different aussie geckos, aft's, leo's. If you got the screened in portion that would go on top of the tank you could even get a cham. But it would grow out of the enclosure pretty quick i would assume.

I would think that moniters would be out of the question due to size of tank. If it's sealed you could do a nice aquatic setup.

Thanks for the suggestions. Yea I know bigger things like monitors would be out of the question. And I'm looking at this tank for a permanent home so nothing that would need an upgrade. AFTs were one of the species I was looking at. I plan on figuring out what I'm going to put in there before looking up extensive care sheets and buying supplies.
