I got my little baby crestie a few weeks ago and i LOVE her. I really want another one and was thinking about hetting another one tomorrow. I have become farmiliar with their needs and i think mine is very happy. it is just a baby but I think it is a girl because there are 2 little nubbie things at the base of her tail but no bulge. I want another female ( still thinking mines a female) and was wondering what you guys thought about this? Mine changes colors a lot...is that ok? she is very light colored when shes just hanging out during the day and she gets her normal pretty rusty orage color when shes running around at night :) what do you guys think? i was wondering if you guys could post pics of your set ups for your little cresties?

They are fine to keep together as babies but if you end up with two males they will need to be seperated. The white spurs are on all cresteds, not just females. The bulge does not show up for a long time, up to 25 grams and sometimes but rarely longer. The only way to check smaller cresteds sex is to look for pores and that is still not 100%guaranteed.
