Ok so my leo has been eating less and less mealies each day but its still pretty active and its tummy is still nice and round and doesn't feel empty. It hasn't eaten in about 3 days so today I decided to give it a pinky. It refused and I was wondering why. So i picked him up and saw this lump or bulb in his skin right beside his left arm. It looks like an air bubble! So I took some pics and I want to let you guys know and how I can help him.

You could crop and/or shrink the file, or use a photo hosting website.

Is the air bubble like lump in the armpit area just behind the front leg? It might be what people call a calcium pocket. There's a lot of threads on the forum about those.

How are the tank temperatures on the hot and cool sides? How old is your gecko? What substrate is your leo on? These might be factors to consider in addition to the lump.

Oh ok thanks and that's exactly what it is. I read about it now and thank you. I think its when I fed my gecko too much cailcium. Shes on paper, shes 1 year and 4 months. I checked the temps and they seem to be fine too. So I'll jsut cut down on calcium

One of my girls was such a pig and developed the pockets behind her front legs. So I cut back on feeders. They went away within a couple weeks. She is staying on the less food diet :) She's adjusted nicely and regulated her appetite.
