Albino or white phase ringneck dove?

My daughter was given this dove today (seems we are the drop off for unwanted animals - thankfully we had an empty cage even if it is a bit tall for a dove).
It has a very faint ring around the neck but I am not sure if this is an albino or a white phase ringneck since only the center of the eyes are red.
Any ideas?

I don’t know to much about doves, but (s)he is very pretty!

And super docile which was a nice surprise.
I'm used to people dropping off vicious animals when they don't want them.
