Albino type?

Can someone please tell me which type of albino my girl is? I hope these pics are okay to identify her...please let me know if not, they were the best I could do but I'll give it another go if they aren't good enough.

No way of knowing for sure unless you test breed against all 3 strains. If this is a pet store gecko, it could possibly be het for multiple strains.

Hmm, well, thank you anyway! I suppose it doesn't make much of a difference in the long run, she's pretty regardless. no way to hazard a guess?

Without knowing the genetics there is no sure fire way to tell what strain you have, but *usually* (and I emphasize the usually because it is not a guarantee) the albinos that are found in Pet Stores are from the Tremper line. Occasionally the other two strains are found in stores as well. Regardless, your Leo is a beauty and will make a wonderful pet.

Her previous owner got her from a ++++++++ (with her hatching stripes still on, being told that the stripes meant she as an exotic designer leo. She was pretty upset when I told her her appearance would be changing), so trempers probably the case then. Thank you for that insight, I had not put much thought into what pet stores might carry. In any case, I adore her regardless of the lack of pedigree. She really is pretty when she blinks those big silver eyes at me!

Lol I thought she looked tremper. I guess that's why it's so. Darn hard to figure out which albino is which

Jez is a tremper!! After some extensive grilling, I managed to find out the location of the pet store in question. They told me they only get tremps, but being a skeptic, I got the information on the breeder who supplies them, and got a positive confirmation!
