Carnivore care is something I've seen a lot of folks talk about that may be an easier solution than the GGG slurry. Losing weight isn't normal so I'd recommend taking your gecko to a vet to see what the cause of the issue is. Simply supporting a sick gecko without fixing their sickness won't help for long.

Here is where I get my carnivore care from, for the record: Carnivore Care I have been alternating between the GGG slurry, and Cranivore care to help an underwight gecko that had a broken jaw. She was at 37-ish grams a few weeks ago, and is now at 46 grams. I also get her to eat freshly molted mealworms though. I definately agree with Lisa: Vet ASAP. If a gecko is losing weight, and it has nothing to do with your husbandry, than it could be something much more serious. (BTW, get more than the 5 gram carnivore care if you decide to try it. It doesnt last very long! A feeding syringe is also a good idea ;) )
