Am i doing it wrong?

So i have a little dish in my tanks that has just the reptical with D3 in it and i just keep putting mealworms in it so they can eat whenever or however much they want.

Also do i need to add the multi-vitamin powder as well or by putting it in the dish with the worms is it too much powder intake?

what I do is leave pure calcium in their enclosure and give them calcium with D3 once a month and then give them multivitamin powder once a week.the calcium with D3 and the multivitamins can be put on the prey

There's a ton of threads on proper supplimentation on the boards already. Put calcium or suppliments into the search bar and select the leopard gecko forum. You get all the answers you need hon.

I do it the same way as you, (only in their cage I use calcium w/o d3) I just put their mealies in that same bowl. But I give them dusted supers with calcium d3 and vitamins on mondays, crickets or supers with nothing on wednesdays, and fridays supers dusted with calcium d3 again. Im not totally super strict to this schedule, but that regularly how it goes.
