An FYI for All You Bakers Out There

Make sure you check the expiration dates of your products BEFORE using them to bake....I didn't do that this time & my baking soda was expired.

So...instead of my chocolate chip cookies coming out nice & fluffy, there were flatter than pancakes!

But they were still delicious! I just would have preferred real cookies, not pancake cookies...
