First, you should have done your research before getting your anole. That was a careless move on your part. :|
Second, heating, water, and everything else.
Anoles are not nocturnal, so they need UVA and UVB lighting like they would get from the sun. They thrive in temperatures of around 80 degrees F in the day and 70-80 is acceptable at night. They get their water by licking droplets off leaves. You will need to mist the enclosure to provide humidity and create water droplets for them to drink. As for everything else? You will need to provide food, things to climb on and hide in, calcium and supplements and the list goes on.
I do not keep anoles so I do not have first hand experience, but I got all of that information in less than ten minutes by researching on the internet. I suggest you do some research of your own now.
