what do you guys make for your babys start eating? just put a dish on the cage?

Will work better IN the cage, Sorry I had to say it

but yes just put a small shallow dish with some calcium powder and put a few worms in. Baby should notice the movement at some point and go to investigate.Then munch.
or you could try placing her near the dish so she is more likely to see the movement.
