One of the freecycle groups in my area has listed a 2 yr old "gecko". I responded in hopes of bringing yet another one into my home. Once again wondering, how will I hide it from my husband???

I'm waiting for a response & hopefully a few details about the "gecko"...I'm not even sure yet if it's a leo or a healthy one. Fingers are crossed though.

:main_rolleyes: <-----that's my husband, except he's not smiling! lol. Darn addiction.

I don't think I'm getting lucky this time. Most Freecycle transactions only take 24 hours. I haven't heard anything. Oh well, wasn't meant to be this time.

Well, I understand how frustrating limits on the number of reptiles are. My parents would notice right away if I were to get another reptile, however I would never do that. I wouldn't want to do that to the animal just in case my parents wouldn't let me keep it :main_no:

But, good luck. My parents set the limit at one snake, and I convinced them to let me get a second. That was the absolute limit, and then 2 months later, I got a bearded dragon, and then a month later, I sold my snake, and now have 2 geckos (my dad was extremely adverse to geckos. He's OK with leos because they can't climb walls. I don't understand him though. He used to have snakes.... :main_rolleyes: ). I will always challenge the limits, until I live on my own, or have reached the maximum # of pets I can care for. There is always hope....:main_yes: :D :main_thumbsup:
