so my leos cage has a bad smell that will not go away matter how much i clean out the nasty and clean the area that she goes in it still seems to hold this odd bad smell i have taken everything out and cleaned it well and after a day or two it still smells the same, i have slate tiles with a little sand around the edges where there where spaces in the slate, i can tell its much more smelly when she has done her deed but after i clean it up the smell is just lingering, "she" is still prety young, could it be that she might be a he and is marking his things? thanks for any help

it is likely that insects may have gotten under the tiles and are in various states of decompose. Try to get the tiles out and clean out underneath them. See if that helps.
