I would rather wait until the weather warms up so there are less risks to recieve the ones i am waiting for

I'm in Minnesota! and I have most of the geckos I produced last year--Alot of Aptors/albinos het Raptor, a few Mack snow patternless, Jungle giant albinos het Raptor, and quite a few others...

G, let's see......

I got 21 geckos in today that went through chicago last night and arrived in 28 degree weather. They were in a box with 2- 40 hour heatpacks, 1/2 inch styrofoam with some newspaper and packing peanuts. I MAILED THAT BOX SETUP TO THE SHIPPER and they filled it and sent it out at my request.

temp of styrofoam lid on outside.. 56
temp of newpaper under that lid.. 64
temp of top delis ... 67
temp of bottom delis... 72

Seems like I know what I am doing huh :)

You read that right 21 GECKOS

That's great that the temps were so good... I probably could've gotten more packing peanuts in between the stacks of delis though...

Thanks for the data btw!

That was perfect... snug enough to keep them from shifting and loose enough for heat exchange:main_thumbsup:

I live in MN, but at the moment my geckos are too young to breed. Soon though...soon.
