I recently got this leo and I'm wondering what's up with her eyes? She's a Mack Snow Eclipse 100% Het RADAR, and I'm thinking that the pupils are red because of the Het, but I'm not sure if that's possible because a Het is a recessive gene which means it should not be visible, right?... Any thoughts?
P.S. I know my English isn't all that good but i hope you understood what i meant to say

Hi there! Don't worry about your English, you're doing better than most who speak it natively

Her eyes look normal to me. She may develop sight issues later that could cause troubles with feeding, so just watch her close and make sure she gets enough to eat

And what about the red pupils? I've never seen it on any gecko that i came across... Are the pupils red because of the Het? Because as far as i know Eclipses don't have any redness in their eyes.

I'm not sure what would cause the pupils to be red, but it doesn't look unhealthy, so I really wouldn't worry about it. It's just a strange mix of genes.

Yeah i didn't think it was going to be a health issue. Just wanted to know what genes could have caused it. It seems pretty interesting and i would like for her offsprings to have the same eyes.

She looks like a normal, solid-eyed eclipse to me. Honestly, I think the red you're seeing is from the way the light from the camera flash hits the eye. I had a bunch of baby eclipses this year, and had a horrible time getting eye pictures because of the red pupil/reflection issues.

Well the thing is, i saw the red pupil the moment i got the gecko, the problem was capturing it on camera, but it isn't because of the flash took me 2 hours and about 300 photos to get 3 on which it's visible

When looking at young eclipses I always see red in the eyes
