i think there about 5 months old is that too early too tell

Its not to early but its to early to be 100% sure they're females. The males usually develope the buldges between 5-7 months. Though theres a really good chance they're female now, don't be surprised if like almost over night one tirns of to be a he and not a she. its happened to me plenty of times.
