That title could be a bit mis-leading ... sounds like im trying to catch one in the wild.
One of my geckos is pretty thin wasn't eating for weeks, so I took her to the vet who said she was fine, he gave me some Appetite increasing powder type stuff to mix with her water which worked for about a week, but seems to not be working anymore, and she's back to not eating.
So, I want to separate her for my other gecko (who pretty much eats non-stop) and feed her by herself.
She's not usually a shy gecko, she's happy to walk about on your shoulder and stuff but recently she's becoming harder to catch. Does anyone have any tips on how I can catch her without causing too much stress?
It's normally not a problem, I can generally just open the door and she'll come out to investigate and just walk onto my hand, but recently she just hides in a corner and would rather climb the back wall than come to me.
Tempting her with food isn't an option as she's not interested in food.
Any ideas?
