Running spider. Trachelas somethingorother, I'm not sure which species you have in Wisconsin.

Edit: Trachelas tranquillus. Quick, to the googlemobile, chum!

They're pretty distinct, that red coloration with the waxy appearance and the huge chelicerae. I do tend to remember the ones that are unique and eye catching. Very cool little spider and a very nice photo of it. Much easier to tell than with the blurry smears a lot of people get.
