anyone else have problems with fed ex

my last shipment from fed ex was delivered an hour late and the one before that was delivered to the wrong address. the geckos in both cases were fine thanks to the breeders using proper shipping methods.
im going to start shipping again when i get my website done in the spring.i was thinking about using fed ex, maybe i should stick with ups. has anyone else had the same experiences or is this just my luck ? Thanks Kirk

I have for the most part been on the receiving end of shipping and I have to say that without a doubt that I have the most problems with FedEx and the least with UPS

In addition to having an exceptional route driver with UPS - my reptiles have never gotten lost-re-routed or been late with UPS with the exception of a major weather delay that tied up the entire middle part of the country
I could go on about the problems that I have had with FedEx but let's just say that I have spent many nights -awake and worried about a shipment of Geckos

In all fairness -FedEx seems to have improved in the last year but I still prefer UPS
