I just got a green tree python. What kind of tree boa are you talking about? Emerald or Amazon?

i like the amazons whats the difference between the two ive seen both for sale at my local.

The emeralds are a little thicker, better looking color and are usually a little tamer than the Amazons. The amazons stay really thin. All 4 emeralds I have had were all tame. All the ATBs except for one would bite. Emeralds also stay on a branch all the time and amazons go to the ground sometimes. The red one I have hardly ever perches.
Their care is basically the same since they do live in the same area.

Don't worry!! They are mean! I have green tree pythons and have had amazon tree boas.The green trees are usually alot better attitude wise.

Here's a couple females that a friend picked up for me in Daytona. They're going with the orange male hopefully next year.:)
These two are actually not that bad. Once they are out they are very calm. It's nice to open the tub and not have to dodge a flying snake head
