Anyone help out hatchlings?

I have a clutch in the incubator layed on 2/4/07. a clutch from 2/5/07 has already hatched. Anything to do besides wait. I guess if they don't hatch on there own then there is a reason for it . right.

How long ago did the second clutch hatch? These guys come out when they're good and ready, so a few days difference wouldn't be surprising. Another reason could be the first eggs aren't fertile. Keep them around until you're SURE they aren't good ... aka moldy and nasty!

Patience, grasshopper! Embryos develop at different rates depending on many things, one being the length of time the female was gravid. For example, incubations periods for eggs at 85 degrees will vary anywhere from 6-8 weeks. It would be great if we could predict the exact number of days, but even pregnant women can deliver babies anywhere from 260-285 days.
