I`m located in Oceanside, I`m 14. What exactly are you planning on Herping for? Anza Borrego, Ocotillo Wells, and the Carlsbad Countryside all make for Good Herping spots.

i am located in oceanside too.i find alot of california king snakes and alligator lizards.my biggest cali king snake was 5 feet long!they are really tame.i could handle them and they wouldn't bite.

im in chula vista but i like field herping a bit up north though

i'm in chula vista to. i see sd gophers sometimes but i've been looking to see some kings but havent seen any? u guys know where theres alot of kingsnakes in SD?
