Does anyone know of any reptile supply stores in Columbus Ohio? Preferably independently owned/non-chain stores that sell feeder insects.

I've got a great locally owned store where I am now ($1.00 for 15 crickets), but I asked them and they don't know of any businesses in the Columbus area. I've checked google and found one prospective store; I'm just looking to see if anyone on Geckoforums has any personal recommendations. Thanks for the help.

Captive Born Reptiles has two locations in Columbus. As stated above, the monthly show is a good source.

Hmmm, I usually just go to the stores. Although Wowoklol and I are breeding dubias and mealies too.

The prices at the Columbus show are just too good to go to a store instead. Especially if you have any snakes!!!

Thanks for the replies.

I'll definitely be going to the show, I just need to be able to get crickets to tide me over until then(and between shows) just in case I loose a bunch on the car ride over.

1000 crickets is a bit much, I currently have a collection of 1.0.0 leopard geckos. I'll get more herps eventually but for now it's cheaper to buy small quantities of feeders. And yes, I tried mealworms once...it didn't work out well. My stubborn little guy ate one and never touched another one; they weren't wiggly enough for him I think.

Captive Born was the store I found online. Their prices are about what I paid for crickets during college.

What stores do you get your feeders from Darcpixie?
