I need a specific type of glue that can resist high temps because I'm going to use it to help secure some sandstone slate tiles stacked on top of each other to use as a kind of makeshift support for a long slate piece to create a type of second level as the bottom will be a warm hide on top of my UTH while the top will be for some exploring. I know it's not necessary but It's better to be safe than coming home and seeing your gecko squashed under a piece of slate.

A couple dabs os silicone will do fine if your just looking to keep them from moving. Just give it lots of time (a few days) to really cure.

Glue them well so you don't accidentally knock them off and crush your leo or startle him and make him drop his tail. I personally prefer to use things that can't fall apart or topple over because I'm really clumsy.
