Anyone know +++++ policy?

Hey guys, so 2 days ago I bought two baby leopard geckos from my local +++++, they were on sale and just got a shipment in so I decided why not, well, one of the geckos died yesterday.. And the bag with the receipt got sucked out my car window yesterday as well.. I am a pals member, anyway I can get a refund or an exchange without it?

Tough one there. If it was something that actually had a barcode it would be fairly easy to at least get store credit. The other option would be if you paid with a credit card. If you paid cash, the only way you might be able to do it is if the cashier remembers you. Also, if you bought anything else that day or have any other paperwork from there, that might help as well. Yeah I know, kinda got screwed over.. I'm a regular there so they should remember me. And I bought waxworks and mealworms that day too. I hope they can look it up somehow there..

I'd agree with the being a pals member probably helping. Also if you have the health waiver they made you sign, that'll probably count for something.

Okay. I'm kinda freaked out. I thought my mom dealt with the gecko because I wasn't home, but I found him yesterday in the corner ALIVE! This is so weird..... Haha.
