Anyone know this gecko/lizard

Ok first off I live in Arizona
I have only seen these the past two nights on my stone fence above where the whiptails live. I think it is a gecko because I have only seen it at night and it looks more like one than just a lizard. It is about three inches long. Looks like a house gecko only its grey with black specs, blends in perfectly maybe another kind of house gecko? Anyone have an idea? I will try to get pics
