Apollo's tail

Well when I first got her she bit her tail while she was in shed because of the little container she was in. After she shedded I noticed that there was some skin on her bitten tail. It may be the skin from the shed. Well I tried taking it off but it won't pull. And I'm scared to pull hard because her tail might fall off. What should I do >.< Heres a picture of it.

Try soaking her tail in some warm water and rolling it off with a q-tip.
