Appropriate clay for Gecko?

Hello there - i have noticed some nice housing decorations/playgrounds made on the forums and was inspired to do something myself as well.

I have already made a 2nd level out of planks of wood (covered in reptile carpet), however it does not look natural... i was thinking of making something out of clay

What type of clay is safe to use for a leopard gecko? Is there a special brand that sells this DIY clay?

Any suggestions welcome!

Have you ever used it?
Are you sure it is alright for a leopard gecko (i see a lot of Uromastyx owners use this)? My concern is the stability of this material, i dont want my little gecko getting trapped anywhere.

I've never used it but Ive heard some people use it for burrowing reptiles.

I think he meant clay for making items...

You should be fine with any clay, as long as you have a safe resin.

I get pvc short pipes from home depot and use silicone to put it on a piece of slate tile as a second level and they love it just fine
