Arab gets a tan...

I've noticed that my mack snow Arabesque gets darker after laying in his warm spot. But he'll get back light again after he's been away from the warm spot. The temp ranges from 88 at night-98 at mid day, then back down again. First pic is of him warming up, second pic is Arabesque after he's been out of his tank for it's cleaning then I put him back inside of his tank.

I just love that little guy so much!!
I've noticed though, that ours get lighter from the heat, and darker when they are on the cool side.. so that's odd that he is the opposite.. but they are great pics Erica!! I always love seeing him :heart:

Thanks! I only started noticing it about a month ago. Did you see his girlfriend in the background of the first picture?LOL!
I need to get a tremp snow tsf from you next time, so he can have a real girlfriend!

Another good pairing for him would be a Patternless, or Patternless Snow :main_yes: We won't have any more MSTAs this season, but we should have a few Mack Snow Patties before too long :main_yes:
