Are superworms hard for leos to digest?

because ever since i made the switch from crickets to superworms

my leo gecko seems constipated

he used to poop everyday

but when i started giving him superworms he only poops every other day

is that normal?

Pooping every other day is NOT constipated. He has changed because his diet changed. Poop is waste, digested food not used by the body, thus eliminated.
