It depends on a couple of factors. The first, obviously, how often/much you feed it and its feeding response. The second, the gecko"s metabolism. I feed my geckos about the same some get fat and some stay lanky. I wouldn't worry about it too much. This gecko looks healthy...many geckos I see are overweight, which is unhealthy.

At 3 months old I would say your Leo would be overweight if it's tail was already super fat. My first Leo, Gaia, did start fattening up her tail until she was close to a year old and near done growing. Once they stop using their food energy, etc for growing then it will go to fat storage in their tail. :)

I dunno. That looks a bit skinny for three months old imo. Not, like, dangerously so, but still looks a bit thin to me. But I'm not as experienced as others. I guess the question is how much it eats. Obviously different geckos have different metabolisms, so if it's eating plenty and still looks like that, then it's not an issue. But if it's barely eating, then that would be different.

Hm, my bf's leo looks about that size (little bigger) and I was worried it was dangerously underweight. Maybe it's more normal than I though.
