So I've been toying with excel and Im going to make a sheet that automatically tells you the morphs outcomes. Now what I need and I know this is a long strech, is genetic definitions of morphs.

example
Normal: AANN
Blizzard: bbNN

these are not real since Im going to have to determine the different loci of some of the allies, wich is why I need breeders help. I know so much isnt know but as long as I can get a pretty accurate definition I can make the rough draft. If someone wants to help me more than just a post on here please PM me. Once completed I'll try and see if theres a way I can put the program on this site or my own (when I get one;))

I need some help on just what one could call a static code. like 8 letters (or maybe 10?) per morph where each letter would be able to define the different albino strains, eye color, and the like. this is kinda what I mean as an example

Normal AABBCCDD
Bell AAbbCCDD
tremper aaBBCCDD
Rainwater AABBccDD
eclipse eye trait AABBCCdd
Red eye trait AABBCCee
APTOR het aaBBCCDe
RAPTOR aaBBCCee
MAC SNOW FFBBCCDD where f is the co dom
or FABBCCDD for an incomplete dom

etc... these aren't real, like what I would use. Im fomating the cells and learning some of the more robust functionality of the new excel, but Im falling short of the raw data. Im learning more as I go but there are alot of things that just would take a more experienced hand.

So lets not all get right on this ;P :D

Wow Marica, that is a great site. Just to make sur eI did it right, what are the outcome of het raptor x het raptor, both tremper albinos. And if you can, can you explain to me how you do such a cross on the website you gave use?

UPDATE

These are my definitions so far

Normals: AA AA AA
Bell: bb AA AA
Tremp: tt AA AA
RW:rr AA AA
Blizard zz (?AA) AA
Eclipse: AA AA ee
MacSno: SS AA AA
Patties: AA pp AA
Raptor tt pp rr
APTOR tt rr rA w
here any combo of b,t,or r is a double het and z with b t r is a dual expression

so than a Snow Bell would be Sb AA AA ( mac snow het bell)so far so good?

EDIT
RAPTOR tt AA ee
APTOR het RAPTOR tt AA Ae

Since the patternless part of the APTOR line is line breed in doesnt show as pp in the 2nd set of allies. And since the eclipsed eye gene is the same in eclipse's and RATORs they're shown with the same letter. They're red just because it the albinism coming out

patternless comes from stripe and reverse stripe which makes patternless stripe ;)

So your saying a patty is in fact an AA rs AA? Where rr is for a rev stripe and ss would be stripe?

Got me, you lost me with the DNA string long coding .....hahaha

I am saying that the patternless part of RAPTOR is made from stripe and reverse stripe , not the murphy patternless gene. The EMBER is a patternless X raptor though ;)

I was talking about the whole strip/ rev stripe thing to some one earlier today. I didnt know it was proven to be a recessive trait. I thought it was line breed.

so if the stripe/ rev strip are in fact recessive traits, than a RAPTOR would be bb rs ee. So do you know Paul what a rev stripe x and an patty make? If they do infact express both the traits than I could adjust for that.

ALMOST DONE

hahaha.jpg

couple more formulas to calculate, hide some of the cells and Im rockin and rollin.
And some of the genetic terms will change and be more accurate as soon MORE breeders help me out on this. ;)... just saying :D :D :D
