Sorry I don't have pictures, but it was a practically whole cricket. Small one, about 1/3" I think ( but I'm terrible with proportions). I have him/her on paper towel so it shouldn't be impaction. I estimate Nefarious (my baby leopard gecko) is roughly 2 or 3 weeks old.

Oh, and he's also eating pretty well. Ate about 7 or 8 dusted crickets wednesday and 5 or 6 plain crickets today.

It might have been regurgitation, it was a little slimier than poo. Thanks! I'll keep an eye on him for now, hopefully it's just regurgitation.

It was also wet on the paper towel around where the regurgitation (or poo if it was) was at.

Just a suggeston- I wouldnt limit the number of crickets but may be give her the crickets over a longer period of time say a couple of hours instead of pounding back 7 or 8 in a short period of time.it sounds like she gulped them down in a short period of time and regurgitated them

Ah, ok, thank you! I'm pretty sure it was probably regurgitation now. I'll limit the crickets to maybe 4 or 5 like you said next time, and if he's still hungry later, would I be able to feed another cricket or two after a few hours? Or should I keep him at just a couple every other day?

Never limit a hatchlings intake.I would feed her as much as she will consume in one day but feed her say 2-3 crickets and then give her a chnace to swallow them and a half hour later give her 2-3 more wait 20 minute and feed her 2-3 more if she wants. What the real hungry hatchlings do is ravenously eat a ton of crickets and try to swallow the whole load and end up throwing it back up.Just give her a chance to swallow what shes caught

Babies need to eat every day. Some have very hearty appetites and will indulge to the point of regurgitation. Cutting back on the number offered will take care of that issue, as it's hard on their bodies to cough it back up. If you feed mealworms also, those can be left in the dish to eat whenever he wants.

Ok... So I should limit? Haha kinda confused :) but I think I like orchidslaves idea of feeding every day but limiting the diet. What does everyone else think?

Just to clarify, typically babies should be offered all they want to eat. Occasionally one will gorge to the point of overeating and regurgitate. Those are the ones that I limit on intake. Several feedings a day is a good option if a person is able to do that.

Ok great :) thanks for the advice everyone! I'm glad Nefarious will be ok. Since I'm still in school I will feed him 4 or 5 in the morning then feed him extra after school. Works out great and I have an excuse to sneak a peek in the morning haha :)
