Ball Python Weight

[Daspletosaurus]

I have 2 Ball Pythons and I was wondering if they weigh enough for their age.
The First is my Male he is 2 and 1/2 years old, and is 40 inches and weighs 1179 grams.
The Second is my Female she is 1 and 1/2 years old, and is 41 inches and weighs 1094 grams.
I will try to get pictures of them and their setup soon, if it is need.

They actually seem to be a bit on the big side, especially the male. Our 1-3 year old snakes range from 800-1100 grams with the females on the larger side. What and how often are you feeding them?

I feed them each 1 small Rat every 5 to 7 days.

They look okay. I would just feed every 7 days. Pick a day of the week and just feed on that day; like we always feed on Saturday.
Are they living together?

They sound and look good! The male may be a little above average but I have seen them bigger. At that age feeding a small rat every 7 days is ideal. If you plan on breeding them, just make sure the male isn't too big. He will be a lazy breeder if so. If you do plan on breeding them you can offer him smaller food items a month or so before you start. Just to keep him a little lean.
