Banner Maker for Hire?

Is anyone available for hire to make a banner ad? I'm looking for both a .gif and a .jpg, but pretty simple. The .gif would only have 2-3 panels, with perhaps a 3 second fade (or whatever that's called).

I'm thinking about starting a little side-venture (not lizard-related, sadly - but jewelry related) and part of the decision-making process is to price stuff - like advertising. Eventually (next month or so) I hope to actually have someone to make one, if they're willing.
