Banner text?

OK I am making a banner for someones leopard gecko breeding buisness and I want to know if there is any sites you guys know of to make the cool looking text and stuff. Like shiny stuff, neon stuff, you get my point . Any websites will be useful.

Not to be a spoil sport but you may find less flashy fonts etc. to be more effective and easier on the eyes

Many people are not comfortable with viewing very flashy banners/web pages and tend to not really pay attention to what they say
they just notice the vibrant colors

Go with a nice cool non-flashy font. That will be the best I think.

I didnt really mean flashy, but cool looking text. Like different fonts and stuff.
