basic supplies for dumpy

I am considering getting a dumpy treefrog (white's treefrog) but I have a limited budget of $90, $60 after the tank. What is needed for the bare minimum? I already have a large piece of driftwood, substrate, and water filter/hydration chamber.

a water dish big enough for it to sit in
places to hide like hollow branches, leafy vines
food of course
from what i have read they need full spectrum lighting and a basking heat lamp

Now that you've changed your mind heres what you need for a firebelly......

I reccomend a 5-10 gallon tank for one or a pair.
Some type of water feature (large water bowls will work)

and thats pretty much it...but if you wanna make it look nice you can add pieces of rock, plants, or bark as you mentioned before.

What type of substrate do you have?

had coco fiber, but used it all up on the hermit crabs... which, by the way, don't like being handled while burrowing...
